What it’s all About

This blog was started as a means to serve others by serving God in proclaiming His goodness, provision and character in story form.

I strongly believe that God places His desires for us in our heart, and then equips us to follow through the desires He placed there. Psalm 37:4 says; “Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.”

I was not always a follower of Jesus Christ, yet I can clearly look back across many wasted years and see that God was always busy at work directing me to Him.   As a follower of Jesus today I pray that God will use my experiences, past and present, to bring glory to Him only.

Though I do not have the answers to life’s challenges, I do know where to find them…only in God’s Word can any of us stop the propensity to follow crooked paths. The month of my spiritual birthday, I read Proverbs 33:5-6 and claimed it as my life verse…and now I know that it is in Him alone that our paths will be set straight.

Trust in the Lord in all you, do Lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him…. and He will Set Your Paths Straight.

Thank you for your interest. Please come for a visit again. Blessings!

  1. Thank you so much for liking one of my posts – I appreciate you stopping by our (mine and mom’s) site. The Night Christmas was Born is a poem near and dear to my heart so it means a lot to have someone new find and like it. I pray it was a blessing to you. May God continue bless and keep you in your encouraging ministry.

    Blessings in Christ,
    Rebecca (and Ma Chris)
